Hope Seed Foundation Ghana is a registered non-governmental organization dedicated to advocating for and supporting individuals with special needs, as well as their caregivers, across Africa.
Driven by a commitment to inclusion, the foundation seeks to raise awareness and provide assistance through crowdfunding, using a customized application to mobilize resources for individuals with special needs and their caregivers across the continent.

To advocate for and support individuals with special needs and their caregivers through transparent crowdfunding, careful case management, clinical pathways (including Neuroclinic referral where undiagnosed), and a growing registry of Profiles and care centres—delivered via hopeseed and trusted partners.
